THE ROUGH CLOSE MURDER
I am the author of historical novels based on true events, although some have a paranormal twist to add that little bit of intrigue and excitement.
I am in the process of taking one of these books, The Rough Close Murder, that step further, producing a radio play and possible stage play, so read further to see how that is progressing.
My blog is about a group of brilliant actors, historians, entrepreneurs, classical singers and those wish-to-be's who are getting together

About us
The Rough Close Murder blog is about a magnificant group of people who have got together to perform the fascinating Rough Close Murder as a scripted podcast. We aim to get a local radio station involved to broadcast it as a radio play. The cast comprises passionate actors, researchers, historians, classical singers, entrapreneurs, an international podcaster, and the fabulous psychic medium, Julie Angel - a star of radio, stage and television. Everyone taking part is committed to delivering a stunning performance that will keep the listeners engrossed.
We aim to provide a thorough and entertaining perspective on this mysterious case, blending factual information with an engaging paranormal story. The murder is a true crime that happened in Rough Close, Staffordshire, in 1886. A modern family move into the same farm house, where the initial murder took place, and strange things start to happen. I tell you, you will be left on the edge of your seats.
The photo, bottom left, is the actual farmhouse as it was in 1886.

I moved to Staffordshire in 2016 and have since written 7 novels, mostly based on true historical events in Staffordshire. My mission is to provide readers with compelling content that encourages thoughtful reflection, especially The Barlaston Murderer - Leslie Green and The Day the Sun Disappeared, about the biggest UK explotion ever, that happened in 1944.
All of my books are available on Amazon.co.uk as paperbacks or ebooks. Just go onto Amazon to read the synopses and reviews.
However, I also want to keep you up to date with a radio play, for which I collected an amazing cast together, to read the scripted version of my book, The Rough Close Murder.
Me as a viking 😂
